In contrast to much of the current narrative speaking to Africa’s ill-preparedness for the fourth industrial revolution [4IR], the continent’s existing cultural predisposition presents Africa with an opportunity to leapfrog directly, and independently, into the future world of work.

Africa currently only leverages 55% of its human capital effectively, compared with a global average of 65%.
